On 1 July 2024, we took over Schwarz Maschinenbau GmbH, the leading supplier of formwork cleaning machines, and are proud to be able to add the high-quality products to our portfolio. We are thus expanding our range of machines, systems and tools for the industry and, in addition to another milestone for our successful future, we are also setting new standards in terms of quality and product reliability.
RSA cutting technologies GmbH develops and manufactures deburring and sawing systems for tubes, sheets and profiles as well as machines for tube processing. The product range includes deburring systems with the associated tools, sawing centres with processing and washing stations, HÄBERLE brand circular sawing machines and comprehensive services.
In recent years, we have invested heavily and successfully in the product development of new formwork cleaning brushes. As a result, our brushes, which are specially coated with abrasive nylon, now achieve better cleaning results with a significantly longer service life than conventional wire brushes.
With the acquisition of Schwarz Maschinebau GmbH, we are expanding our portfolio to focus on formwork cleaning. As a leading supplier of formwork cleaning systems, the products are well established on the market. The high-quality and efficient machines have become an integral part of the construction industry. As a manufacturer of machines and high-performance brushes, RSA is the only company to combine both areas of expertise
The takeover enables us to focus even more strongly on the development and manufacture of high-quality industrial brush products that are known for their superior quality and reliability. We also plan to continue the proven technologies and products of Schwarz Maschinenbau and to develop new innovations.
